Jacob joined BAPI in 2025, bringing experience in industrial HVAC/R, wireless asset monitoring, and technical operations. His background gives him a strong understanding of how connected technologies can help customers improve system visibility, performance, and reliability.

Before joining BAPI, Jacob spent several years in the heavy-lift unmanned aerial systems industry, where he managed flight operations, developed and supported training programs, and worked closely with engineering teams on product improvement initiatives. That experience strengthened his ability to troubleshoot complex systems, collaborate across technical teams, and turn real-world feedback into practical solutions.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys hunting, fishing, and working on technology projects. Splitting his time between Wisconsin and Montana, he spends much of his free time outdoors or tackling his latest project.
