Donald joined BAPI in June 2022 and currently serves as the RMA & Technical Service Manager. He began his career at BAPI as a Production Technician before advancing to roles as a Line Lead and Calibration Technician.

In his current position, Donald works closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot product issues, evaluate returned materials, and support continuous improvement initiatives across BAPI’s product lines. He enjoys the variety of the role and the opportunity to solve unique technical challenges while helping both customers and coworkers.

Outside of work, Donald enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Krieger. His hobbies include cooking, home improvement projects, kayaking, and trail running throughout the Driftless Area.
