Justin joined BAPI in March 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the refrigeration and HVAC industries. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in commercial systems, advanced fault diagnosis, and the maintenance of complex supermarket refrigeration racks.

Before joining BAPI, Justin spent 10 years with Woolworths. He began as a Service Technician before progressing to the role of Technical Support Specialist, where he provided technical guidance, supported field teams, and helped resolve complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges.

Justin is passionate about sharing his knowledge, collaborating with others, and helping raise standards across the HVAC&R industry. He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to his work and maintains a strong interest in emerging technologies and the continued evolution of commercial HVAC&R systems.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. He is an enthusiastic cyclist who enjoys both mountain biking and road cycling. When he is not on two wheels, he can often be found bushwalking, relaxing at the beach, or keeping up with his three busy boys.
