Michał brings more than 14 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong technical background in heating, cooling, ventilation, and renewable energy systems.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with contractors, designers, and customers, supporting projects from technical selection and system design through sales, installation, and service. This broad experience gives him a practical understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of HVAC applications.

At BAPI, Michał serves as a Technical Sales Engineer, helping customers with sensor selection, technical solutions, and quotations. He enjoys understanding the unique requirements of each application and helping customers identify the right solution for their projects.

Outside of work, Michał is an avid music fan and enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and reading science fiction. He is also a motorsports and combat sports enthusiast, with particular interests in speedway, Formula 1, and UFC.
