Sharad joined BAPI in 2025 as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, he is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting channel partners throughout his assigned territory. His technical sales and business development experience enables him to work closely with system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and end users to identify effective building automation solutions.

Before joining BAPI, Sharad served as Manager – Sales (North) at Omicron Sensing Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw regional sales, business development, and customer relationships across North India. He previously worked as a Sales Engineer – North India at ALM Engineering & Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd., focusing on technical sales, customer acquisition, and application support for industrial instrumentation products.

His earlier experience includes roles in cleanroom validation, ISO certification, insurance surveying, and automotive service. Combined with his background in mechanical engineering, these experiences have given Sharad a broad understanding of technical problem-solving, compliance, and customer service.

Sharad enjoys learning about customers’ application challenges and developing practical, value-driven solutions that support long-term relationships. He also takes a strong interest in emerging technologies and trends within building automation and industrial instrumentation.

Outside of work, Sharad enjoys traveling, exploring new technologies, and spending time with family and friends.
