Shyam joined BAPI in December 2025 as South India Sales Manager, supporting customers and channel partners throughout South India and select additional territories.

Before joining BAPI, Shyam spent 18 years with Siemens Building Technologies, where he held a variety of engineering and leadership roles in building management systems. His experience included BMS commissioning, project engineering, system design, integrated building management solutions, and solution engineering for projects in both India and the United States.

Most recently, Shyam served as a Solution Engineering Team Leader with Siemens Global Business Services, supporting the U.S. market. Earlier in his career, he also worked as a Project Engineer with Honeywell Automation India Limited.

With nearly two decades of experience in building automation, Shyam brings extensive technical knowledge in building management systems, integrated building solutions, commissioning, system design, and engineering leadership. His combination of technical expertise and industry experience enables him to help customers identify practical solutions for complex building automation applications.

Shyam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Bapatla Engineering College, affiliated with Acharya Nagarjuna University.
